This session will be held face-to-face in the Assembly Room of the Faculty of Health Sciences on Tuesday 5 April at 18:00h. It will address what the role of communication is in the social uncertainty context and what tools to use to learn to manage fear

Espaitec will start the programme of organised activities on Tuesday 5 April to celebrate the Park’s 15th anniversary with the opening conference «Communication and social uncertainty: reasons and emotions», given by the expert in communication and marketing, Mónica Deza.

During this session, Mónica Deza will cover the role that communication plays in the social uncertainty context like that we know today, which derives from the health and geopolitical crisis and how it may affect a hyperconnected society. This expert in communication and marketing will highlight the advantages of developing a leadership model with a main emotional intelligence component to learn to manage fear and understand others.

During this session, Deza will also define the happiness concept, its evolution throughout history, and how it is linked with the human communication capacity and the prosperity concept. This last concept has always been linked with terms related to happiness and health, but not so much to wealth or finances.

To attend this opening conference of Espaitec’s 15th anniversary, which will be held face-to-face in the Assembly Room of the Faculty of Health Sciences from 18:00h to 19:30h, it is necessary to register beforehand.
