On 16 and 17 September, we are organising new training action for mentors in new methodologies for entrepreneurs. Sessions will be held in the morning, from 08:30-14:00h in the Multipurpose Hall of the building Espaitec 2. During these sessions, attendees will be trained in Lean Management methodologies and will learn the keys to support entrepreneurial projects from an exponential organisations perpsective; that is, promoting growth-centred entrepreneurship. During this course, those attending will also work on the characteristics of social enterprises and on a positive impact, as well as methodologies and key tools for new future companies, such as the Social Enterprise Canvas, measuring impact, social lean start-up and people-centred designing.

This workshop shall be given by Ginés Haro, a well-known trainer, consultant, social enterpriser and expert in exponential organisations and positive impact. Ginés has ample experience as an entrepreneur and trainer, and collaborates in the UJI Emprèn OnSocial programme of the Universitat Jaume I (UJI).

The aim of this training action, financed by the Regional Valencian Government of Education, Culture and Sport of the Generalitat Valenciana is to create a network of official mentors capable of training entrepreneurs from the Universitat Jaume I in projects undertaken to promote innovative and social enterprise in the province. Two such projects, UJI Emprèn OnSocial and Explorer UJI, stand out. The intention is to also create a network of mentors that not only use the same training methodology, but also follow-up entrepreneurial projects by adopting the same criteria.
