During the morning, students visited the Parks’ installations, and both the incubator building and the Centre for Knowledge Exchange and Innovation, known as Espaitec 2.
After a short talk about innovation and the entrepreneurial initiative, students personally discovered the Inhedit Smart Experiences, Econectia and Sofistic Telematic Security projects. With these three examples of innovative companies, they discovered various ICT applications in the business world.
The day ended with a guided visit around espaitec’s installations. In espaitec 2, students visited the Biótica laboratory, a biotechnology company that has developed a test to rapidly detect Legionella in water. In Espaitec 1, they also visited the Hackerspace Castellón workshop, a student association that undertakes projects on electronics, robotics, 3D printing and drones, among others.
