Within the framework of the recently signed agreement, made possible thanks to the link in Greece by FairCoop, the Castellón-based firm Chip Chap will provide its payment processing system, its currency exchange application. After installing the first cash machines in Athens, it will present its new hybrid wallet, which apart from its current functional nature, includes cash-in with a worldwide credit card and worldwide bank transfers.
"We have been negotiating for the last month and a half with the main Greek bank to add cash machines, currently with no liquidity, to our international cash machines network, which now has more than 14,000 automatic cash machines in Spain and Poland", stated Vicent Nos, the founder of Chip Chap. “The mass adoption of bitcoin in Greece could be a solution to the current crisis because it is a stable growing world market, and Greece adopting bitcoin would only confer greater stability and value to cryptocurrency”.
After a stay in Greece, this firm from Castellón will attend the FairCoop Summer Camp in Crete next week, where it will participate in workshops to diffuse Faircoin, the new coin that addresses a real change in the economy by opting for fair economy and citizen empowerment.
