f you have a company that does not physically need an office or your company is well-established and wishes to be linked to the espaitec ecosystem, we offer you an espaitec virtual office.

For 87,31 euros a month, we offer you a setting filled with business services without having to be physically located in our Park. This is a form of approach and support that espaitec offers companies and public organisations located beyond espaitec’s installations.

What does espaitec's virtual office include?

1. Access to a shared office in the espaitec 1 Building.
2. Having a postal address or the address of one of your business’ offices at espaitec.
3. Free access to the meeting rooms in the espaitec 1 Building.
4. 24-hour access to espaitec’s installations, with security and maintenance included.
5. Post and message collection points.

7. Opting for espaitec’s advanced services after accepting an estimate beforehand.

For 163,2 euros a month we provide you with a work table in a shared office that is big enough for four tables. Regarding Universitat Jaume services and relations, co-working companies are considered physical companies, so they have access to all kinds of services and infrastructures.

Would you prefer to rent an area where you can have your own work office? espaitec offers areas that flexibly adapt to the requirements and the degree of your companies’ growth. Its offices are shared between the espaitec 1 y espaitec 2 Buildings. You can opt for a ready-to-work-in office in the espaitec 1 Building, or rent a completely empty office in the espaitec 2 where a personalised area can be created and paid for according to the square metres occupied.

The rate to be applied will depend on the square metres occupied, the relation the company has with the Universitat Jaume I and the degree of its growth. The projects physically installed at espaitec will have to pay a monthly rate for advanced services, and to cover cleaning, maintenance and security expenses.

If you need an area to work in with heavy machinery, your project requires a pilot plant or you are an innovative company with many workers that require different work places, the espaitec 1 and espaitec 2 Buildings have various sized workshops and offer the best services.

You can choose a ready-to-work-in workshop in the espaitec 1 Building with basic office furniture, or you can rent a completely empty workshop in the espaitec 2 Building to create your own personalised area and pay according to the square metres occupied. All the espaitec workshops have administration and management areas.

With a buildable area covering almost 118,000 m2 at the Universitat Jaume I location, a strategic geographical location, and in a setting filled with facilities and in direct contact with the knowledge and talent generated in four university faculties, the location of espaitec in the province of Castellón is unique for installing innovative companies whose scopes are national and international.

Apart from having three buildings, it also has developed land that covers 54,182 m2 and is divided into different plots ready for innovative companies and leading research centres to move into. This land is for technological use and for R&D and innovation activities. These plots are ready for R&D&I centres, companies from the technology centre and for companies that offer advanced services.
