The “Intelligent Measure and Active Commercialisation of Energy” (MICE) Project proposes developing an integral hardware/software solution for intelligent energy management and sales.
The developed solution will deal with the centralisation of both the energy production and energy consumption data, based on making the best use of the information that new electric meters, which can distinguish between different times and are capable of remote management, will provide, which should be installed in all homes by 2018, according to what Ministerial Order ITC/3860/2007, of 28 December, sets out.
This project is financed by the INNPACTO Cooperation Programme for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014, with file IPT-2012-1174-120000.
The firms participating in the project are Valenciana Smart Energy, Energest, Elloc, Mas Ingenieros and the Energy Technology Institute research organisation. Currently, the work being done during the first project year entails designing all the modules to make up the proposed measurement and sales system.
