The first phase of this program began on 19 June and will continue in July and September. In this training phase, the selected companies attended theoretical classes and practical workshops given by professionals with ample experience in management, finances, leadership, innovation or internationalisation. Paco Negre, espaitec’s General Manager, Joaquín Andrés, Head of the Internationalisation Area of the Chamber of Commerce, José Vicente Pons, Director of the Valencian Global Program, Pedro Bisbal, Director of Bigban Angels and Guzmán López, an expert in Creativity and Innovation, were just some of the teachers in this program.
In October, November and December, the second program phase will take place, with individual tutoring with the companies to help them implement the knowledge they have acquired in their day-to-day business, and to provide them with counselling to promote their participation in other national and international accelerator events.
This program addressed businesspeople and entrepreneurs with experience in developing business and with potential growth. To participate, two basic requirements had to be met: created between 1 and 5 years ago; a minimum annual turnover of €50,000.
