This presentation saw the beginning of a new edition of this programme, whose impact on the business fabric of Castellón was consolidated in the last two editions. In all, 18 companies throughout this province and from seven different sectors participated in CSGP. On average, their sales have increased by 41% and their personnel by 26% compared to the previous year. The foreseen sales of the companies that participated in 2014 rose by an outstanding 93%.
The date until applications can be delivered opens today and ends on Sunday 31 May 2015. Anyone interesed in participating must fill in the form on the following web site www.castellonglobalprogram.com and must present an Executive Summary which accredits that the participation requirements have been met. The selected companies will be notified in the first week of June, and the training phase will commence and continue until September. Personalised follow-up actions with these companies will be performed in the last quarter of this year.
Among the novel aspects of the third edition, the methodology employed for the training phase stands out, which will take this book as a reference “Disciplined entrepreneurship: 24 steps to a successful startup” by Bill Aulet. It adapts the theme blocks to the characteristics and sectors of the selected projects. During the training phase, professionals with ample experience in management, finances, leadership, innovation or internationalisation will participate. Teachers such as Jaime Esteban, Director of Lanzadera, Fernando Becerra, co-founder of Business Booster, José Vicente Pons, promoter of the Valencian Global Program or Pedro Bisbal, Director of Bigban Angels, have already confirmed they will attend.
