Several consultancy firms participate, which are specialized in generating savings in different expenses categories, such as electricity, gas, insurance or telecommunications. In this last section, stress was placed on the need to personalise the consumer requirements of each user and each firm in order to improve the costs in their expenses category because flat-rate tariffs are not always the ideal rates for firms.
