Tissat, a Spanish firm specialised in outsourcing mission-critical services and in supplying Cloud Computing services, has been successfully certified as a supplier of Cloud services for the United Kingdom. So Tissat forms part of the UK Cloud Store, a platform created by the British government that contracts Cloud services suppliers.
With this measurement, the British Government intends to offer maximum transparency in contracting such telecommunication services in the public sector. The idea is to provide a channel by which computer services and products can be acquired as if it were an “online” catalogue, which contains all the information about the various suppliers and services offered.
Moreover as they are all certified suppliers, the British government will favour contracts being made with them since they are considered a swift and efficient product/service with a good quality/price ratio that offers quality solutions at a good price.
