Agile methodologies

During the session, emphasis will be placed on the importance of applying this type of methodologies not only in the processes, where many companies have already established them, but also in the product and people, fundamental axes of any business transformation process.
During the session, the foundations on which agile principles are based will be reviewed. Analyzing how the different market frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe...) act as accelerators of the transformation of a company or organization based on the three pillars: product, process and people.
