Requirements:
- Be over 18 years old.
- Take an in-person theoretical exam to obtain the PER title. (Type test)
- Carry out PER regulatory practices.
- Medical Examination for Recreational Boat Skipper. (Similar to that of the driver's license).
- Present a signed and sealed company certificate that also displays the Espaitec seal.
- No prior training is necessary.
Other qualifications available with important advantages: Navigation License and Yacht Skipper.
