La Universitat Jaume I organizes the «Day of the Entrepreneurial Person», a day whose objective is to promote entrepreneurship among the university community and which will take place on October 3 at 11:00 a.m. in the degree room of the Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences.
The event is organized by podcast and INCREA Chair of Innovation, Creativity and Learning, entities promoting UJI Empren OnSocial, the sustainable entrepreneurship program aimed at students, teaching and research staff, and administration and services staff of the UJI.
At the beginning of the day, the vice-rector for Innovation, Transfer and Scientific Dissemination, david cabedo, will present the support programs for entrepreneurs that the university currently offers, as well as the financial aid for entrepreneurship that the university community can request.
Later the CEO and co-founder of NARIAH, Kilian Zaragoza, will explain his time through the UJI Emprèn OnSocial program as well as his professional career after launching his social project No one without their daily ration, a tool that digitizes the food donation system and promotes the social inclusion of people who need to receive food aid.
Finally, the youtuber and scientific communicator, Jose Luis Crespo, will explain how he innovatively applied his knowledge in physics by launching the scientific dissemination platform Quantum Fracture. To attend the "Day of the Entrepreneurial Person" the registration prior is mandatory.
The "Day of the Entrepreneurial Person" is an initiative that has the support of the Ministry of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society of the Generalitat Valenciana.
