Espaitec organizes the Thursday, June 2, a workshop taught by the coach Kike Algora where the impact of the emotions in the results of work processes. This session is part of the cycle Cuida't Espaitec, whose objective is strengthen the well-being and health of the workforce of the business fabric of the province of Castellón, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
The purpose of the session is for those attending to become aware of How emotions and the way we communicate affect productivity and the relationship with people in the work environment. In this sense, various techniques and tools applicable to daily life will be presented to increase emotional management y improve interpersonal communication skills to increase the ability to listen and empathize.
To attend the session, which will be held only in person in the Multipurpose Room of Espaitec 2 from 16.00:17.30 p.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., the registration prior is mandatory.

Kike Algora He is a trainer, lecturer and founding partner of OREMIT, a consultancy specialized in improving the results of organizations through the well-being of people.
