The Alcàsser City Council announced the progress of the Green-TDigital project in collaboration with ValgrAI and SemanticBots, with the aim of facilitating access to public information and improving the relationship between citizens and the public administration.
In a session held this Tuesday, framed in AIIA Innovation Day Valencia and organized by ValgrAI, have presented the progress of the project Green-TDigital by Santiago Bonet, responsible for Digital Transformation at the Alcàsser Town Hall; Hugo Ferrer, CEO at SemanticBots, and Hector Calvete, Innovation agent in ValgrAIIn their interventions, they highlighted the iImportance of the application of artificial intelligence in the informational and administrative relationship between citizens and city councils.
The council of Alcàsser, as part of this modernization strategy, has launched the second phase of the Green-TDigital project, an ambitious initiative of digital transformation aimed at modernizing public services, optimizing citizen service and moving toward a more accessible, efficient, and environmentally friendly administration. This proposal responds to the new social and technological challenges facing all municipalities today.
The knowledge base of the virtual assistant has been developed from the information provided by the city council, Yet the Collaboration of the people who are part of the different public services and council departments of Alcàsser, which have guided SemanticBots so that the solution covers a broad range of topics of general interest.
