This Erasmus + aims to create a European network that analyzes, designs, tests, validates and disseminates the professional profile of "International Marketing Manager"

The Scientific, Technological and Business Park of the Universitat Jaume I (Espaitec), hosts the fourth meeting of the European project today and tomorrow M.IN.D: Marketing, Internationalization and Development.  An Erasmus + in which eleven European partners from Italy, Turkey, France, Greece and Spain participate.

mind-meeting-castellon-9M.IN.D aims to create a stable European network that analyzes, designs, tests, validates and disseminates the professional profile of "International Marketing Manager". To this end, during the first phases of the project, a computer platform, materials and training tools were designed aimed at defining said profile, knowledge within the European framework that every international marketing manager must have in order to facilitate and enhance the internationalization of the companies. European SMEs, with special attention to the agri-food sector.

The objective of the meeting in Castellón is to verify the training materials already uploaded to the platform and check the state of the art in the design of a learning environment with tools that help companies in their internationalization process. Likewise, the publication date will be agreed to launch the call that will begin the selection process for students and alumni of the UJI of marketing studies and market research to participate in the test phase. In this phase, students from the five European countries will acquire the necessary skills of the "International Marketing Manager" profile and will obtain a certification upon completion. After the training phase, students will put into practice the knowledge acquired within a company in the agri-food sector.

To this end, a computer science platform with training materials and tools was designed in the first project phases, which intends to define this profile. It is known within the European framework that the purpose of any international marketing manager should be to facilitate and enhance the internationalization of European SMEs by paying special attention to the agro-food sector.

The aim of this meeting held in Castellón is to verify the training materials uploaded on the platform, and to check the state of the art of the design of a learning domain with tools to help companies during their internationalization process. Likewise, the date when the call is to be launched will be reminded. This call will mark the beginning of the selection process so that today's and former UJI Marketing and Market Research students can participate in the test phase.
