On Wednesday, November 24, at 16.30:2 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of Espaitec XNUMX, the workshop will take place «Collaborative Innovation», which will teach Alfonso Cornella, renowned business innovation consultant and founder of Infonomy. The event is organized by Espaitec and is part of the cycle Recicla't Espaitec.
The main objective of the workshop is offer the keys to how collaborative innovation, either with other companies or clients, becomes an economical source of energy beyond the competition. To this end, several examples, both national and international, of this type of collaboration will be shown. It will also be highlighted how the intersection of organizations stimulates the generation of innovation in a systematic way. In business, we have lived for a century immersed in the competitive advantage paradigm, and currently the idea is emerging that we must also consider the collaborative advantage.
The collaborative advantage has been developed in numerous companies in different ways, which combine their products, internally or externally (product hybridization); and the companies that combine their knowledge; and the companies that partner to learn coordinated of your experiences (a co-learning based, for example, on best practices).
In the second part of the session there will be a debate between attendees and the speaker on how to improve collaboration in innovation, along with the methodologies and tools that exist for this.

Alfonso Cornella is founder of Infonomy and the Institute of Next, both innovation services consultancies. Expert in innovation of large multinationals, He has directed more than 120 innovation projects in all types of organizations and entities, especially in the private sector. He has published 38 books, as well as hundreds of short articles on innovation, business and technology, from the perspective of organizational transformation.
