Recicla't Espaitec addresses the culture of business innovation in Castellón with the expert Fran Chuan

19th October 2022

The session will take place on October 25, at 9:00 a.m., and will be taught by innovation expert Fran Chuan

podcast organized on Tuesday, October 25, «Difference between innovating (just) and having a culture of innovation». The session is framed within the cycle Recicla't Espaitec and will be taught by the expert in leadership and culture of transformation in innovation, Fran chuan.

Innovation is surrounded by myths. We are excellent at classifying types of innovation and their applications, but the big question is always where to start? The answer is simple if we go to the essence of what innovation is, innovation comes from new action and every new action is usually born from a question, it is followed by an imaginative process and then creativity, creativity, creativity... to find an innovative response to the problem or need we were facing. But In what organizational culture is curiosity, imagination and creativity stimulated? The normal thing is that all processes are oriented towards productivity and efficiency, that is, environments in which we have data. But what happens when data is not available, as happens with everything related to the future. For all this, knowing well and in detail the culture of the organization, the priorities and attitudes of the leaders is decisive.

During the day, 4 steps (DACS) will be taken into account to debunk all myths about innovation:

  • Demystify innovation to bring it closer to our environment and see its particular applications.
  • Align what it is and what it represents for each of us as individuals and as a collective.
  • Specify what steps to take to achieve changes that generate new results.
  • Systematize, that is, how to put in order everything listed above so that it is sustainable over time.
