ACTIVE PROJECT
UJIStartup is the UJI's entrepreneurship project. It is a program that started in September 2017 and whose objective is for members of the university community with an innovative idea to try to create a new startup or technology company.
This programme is aimed at the university community, especially current and final-year students, without neglecting PDI and PGAS who can also participate.
It is intended that through the training of great active professionals from all over Spain, personalized mentoring by SECOT Castellón From the very beginning, awareness, guidance and advice are provided to ensure that students are able to transform creativity and innovation into new projects that generate value, wealth and jobs.
The ultimate goal of this program is to identify projects led by members of the university community that are likely to become mature and viable business initiatives that can be launched on the market. At the same time, it contributes to the fact that these projects become social and technological ventures that can retain UJI talent in our immediate surroundings.
UJIStartup is jointly organized by Espaitec and INCREA Chair and subsidized by the Department of Education, Universities Culture and Occupation.
