FemSTEM It is a project that emerged from the Technological Map of Castellón, in response to the need to highlight the role of women technologists in companies in the province that belong to the Technological Map.
An event is organised annually at Espaitec in which female technologists from SMEs to multinationals based in Castellón talk about their work experience, their skills, the development of their work and the obstacles and opportunities they have encountered throughout their professional careers.
In addition, UJI students who attend are given the opportunity to have a private meeting with the speaker of their choice to resolve any doubts they may have about their professional future.
