A multisectoral meeting where we can discover how the sleep process works, understand the importance of sleeping well for our body and learn about the different treatments on the market. The event has the collaboration of City Council of Castellón y Healthy UJI, an initiative that promotes the Campus as a health-promoting environment for the university community and society as a whole.
