The Provincial Network of Private Investors of Castellón aims to channel private investment into innovative projects capable of generating greater economic development and wealth. “There is a lot of talent in the province and we do not want it to be wasted or have to emigrate in search of opportunities. We are going to establish a link between the entrepreneurial initiatives of Castellón and the business angels,” explained Sales. The presentation was also attended by Pedro Bisbal, representative of CvBan; Paco Negre, representative of Espaitec; Justo Vellón, representative of the CEEI; and Dionis Mulet, president of the Globalis Foundation.

“In the context in which we find ourselves, it is very important to accentuate the role played by business angels and their networks as a financing resource adapted to the needs of entrepreneurs. We are aware of the difficulties that entrepreneurs and businessmen currently face in obtaining the necessary financing to develop their business projects,” insisted the Economic Promotion deputy.

Currently, there is a focus on networking and taking advantage of the figure of business angels, as well as the role they play in promoting and financing new business projects with a future. It is an essential element in the construction of a new business fabric in the province of Castellón and one that is working successfully in Anglo-Saxon countries, where this culture is much more widespread.

The Economic Promotion Deputy stressed that “we put good ideas in contact with investors and investors with good ideas, to give the business fabric of the province of Castellón the capacity to regenerate. As it is a co-participation formula, in the most interesting projects you can invest from 3.000 euros. This also facilitates the participation of small investors. We put resources next to talent, provincial entrepreneurship is a key tool, as an essential complement to traditional sectors, to get out of the crisis.”

The concept of networking arises from the need for entrepreneurs to professionalize their activity and find financing, while business angels can find a channel where they can evaluate investment projects. For this reason, the Castellón Provincial Council, in collaboration with the association that represents private investors in the Valencian Community, CvBan, has organized this day.

Day to promote collaboration between business angels and entrepreneurs

The network has organized a day for next July 12, at 12.30:XNUMX p.m., in the Reception Hall of the Provincial Palace for potential investors, those responsible for managing and promoting entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs, representatives of family offices, directors of companies involved in economic development and intrapreneurship, professionals involved in regional economic development or people with financial capacity interested in financing innovative projects with high growth potential.
