Within the activities of the Pioneer Cities program, the Castellón City Council has organized the Conference "Active management of energy demand: The user as protagonist" with the aim of exposing the situation in which the Community finds itself. Valenciana and specifically Castellón in relation to the Active Management of Demand by the End User, serving as an example to establish a discussion on the topic. Its difficulties, upcoming challenges and aspects to improve. and facilitate in the future.
El workshop today has been divided into three blocks of work that we summarize below:
1. System Mapping: Identification of the agents involved.
Moderated by a representative of AVAESEN, will you participate? IBERDROLA presenting one of its projects deployed in the city of Castellón. The company Energy Sentinel will also participate, representing the practical experience of small and medium-sized companies, and finally, will intervene? one of the winners of the 2012 Edition of the Venture Program, presented his Energy Apps project.
2. Objective by Stages: Short, Medium and Long Term.
Moderated by a representative of the Castellón Chamber of Commerce. This section aims to give a short, medium and long term vision, counting on the intervention of a representative of the Valencian Building Institute (IVE), who will explain? a pilot project developed in a limited number of homes. Next, a representative of the Foundation for Energy Efficiency of the Valencian Community will address the issue. the current state of the regulations and the possibilities in the medium term and finally a representative of the Technological Institute of Energy will present? your long-term vision.
3. Discussion.
Moderated by Juan Antonio Bertolín, CIO/CPO of espaitec, the block aims to open a discussion on the most relevant aspects discussed in the previous interventions, trying to identify opportunities and actions to be carried out to achieve greater progress and impact on management. n active demand.
