Montse Sans, head of the European Coaching School, has been elected as President. Almudena García, partner of A Consultores as Vice President and Elena Cucala, Partner of Hybris Consulting as Secretary/Treasurer.
The Doña Lola hotel has once again been the setting for the meeting of this group of directors who promote the professional values of women with the aim of promoting and reinforcing female leadership in Castellón companies and institutions. In the words of the new president, “This project continues its journey with the purpose of consolidating itself as a network of professional women, with homogeneous interests, to become a reality for society by contributing our talent and our values.”
NDCS is a non-profit association made up of businesswomen and managers from Castellón, born from the concern of a group of women managers from Castellón who come from different sectors of the economy and who carry out their professional activity in different countries. Its objective is to become a platform for the development of Castellón women in the business world, promoting networking through collaborative systems to promote and lead a global network of women with Castellón as a nexus.
Platform NDCS, is in favor of collaborating with public institutions and private companies to promote the professional development of women in positions of responsibility, identifying barriers in women's access to management positions.
