This free webinar Its objective is to provide attendees with tools to control stress through daily nutrition, learning to reduce the level of anxiety and conflict thanks to correct nutrition and healthy habits. The two-hour session will follow a practical and participatory methodology. The first part, with a longer duration, will be taught by nutritionist Pilar Esquer, with whom attendees will discover basic concepts about food and its relationship with mood, learning to design homemade menus capable of defusing stress.

Physiotherapist Alba Alemán will be responsible for the second part of the session, where you will learn exercise routines with which to deactivate muscle stress and enhance concentration. At the end of the webinar, attendees will have developed an anti-stress action plan to later apply in the workplace.
