Abervian, AirBiometrics and Cebimat, companies connected to Espaitec, have received financial aid of 4.000 euros each in the Santander X Spain Awards – University Startup 2025. The firms have been recognized for the innovative, technological, and disruptive approach of their projects. With recognition in this category, the three firms will advance to the national phase of the Santander X Spain Awards | Startup & Scaleup 2025.
Award-winning companies
On one hand, Abervian develops advanced solutions in the field of electric mobility and energy, with products and services focused on battery design, charging systems, and energy monitoring. Likewise, AirBiometrics, in the biomedical sector, promotes technological tools to facilitate the diagnosis and monitoring of inflammatory bowel diseases, with the aim of improving patients' quality of life. For its part, Cebimat works on the analysis of biodegradation of materials and the development of customized tests for studying the environmental behavior of different industrial products.
UJIStartup Projects
Along with these companies, three projects participating in the UJIStartup program have also received recognition in the Santander X Spain Awards - University Entrepreneurial Projects 2025. VersedIA, focused on artificial intelligence applied to the creation of digital content; FinBoard, an automated financial management platform for small businesses, and Circularscore, dedicated to measuring the impact of companies on the Sustainable Development Goals.
