The first coronavirus chatbot for visual disabilities arrives – Levante – 30/04/2020
A group of professors and researchers from the Universitat Jaume I de Castelló have created a chatbot with Semanticbots, the first chatbot that guarantees that all information related to the pandemic arrives online, even for people with visual impairments. The inclusive system can be installed free of charge on any website of organizations, associations or companies interested in improving accessibility and ease of digital access for all users. The system has already been installed on the official websites of Cermi and Cocemfe. The Ministry of Innovation and Digital Society was the one that alerted about this information "gap" and the teachers of the Temporal Knowledge Bases Group have been quick to resolve it.
