Deputy Vice-Rector for Transfer and Innovation of the Universitat Jaume I, David Cabedo has extensive professional experience to face his new position as president of the network of Valencian Science Parks since he also served as academic director of Espaitec. Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the UJI, Cabedo, who has also been auditor and general director of control and administration at the Official Credit Institute, considers that in recent years "the Valencian science parks have been able to take a leap qualitative, which has focused on beginning to be recognized by public institutions as fundamental actors within the innovation ecosystem.
