The session sought to promote entrepreneurship and publicize the programs offered by the university.

La Jaume I University of Castelló, through the Vice-Rector's Office for Innovation, Transfer, and Scientific Dissemination, held the fourth annual Entrepreneur Day this Thursday, a key event for promoting entrepreneurship within the university community.

During the meeting, Marisa Flor, Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, presented the various programs offered by the UJI for anyone who has a business idea or wants to develop entrepreneurial skills.

Success stories

During the session, he participated Paul Sosa, CEO and co-founder of oscillation, and Jorge HortelanoCEO Futplus and UJI alumni, who have shared their experience as startup founders.

For its part, Oscillum is a company born in the Miguel Hernández University Science Park which has developed smart labels that change color based on bacterial activity, providing a visual signal of food decomposition. Futplus, for its part, offers soccer players support in improving their performance through personalized fitness, sports nutrition, and mentality programs.

Entrepreneurial Person's Day is an initiative supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment.
