During the event, patients, doctors, pharmacists and academics took stock of the last decade in healthcare and presented the main challenges for the next few years
podcast, the Scientific, Technological and Business Park of the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón,
has hosted the book presentation The period 2009-2019 in healthcare: a decade
prodigious, an act carried out at the initiative of Outcomes'10 to celebrate its tenth anniversary.

José Luis Llisterri, president of SEMERGEN; Juan Vicente Sánchez, professor of Physiology
and director of the Predepartmental Medicine Unit of the UJI; José Luis Poveda, Head of
Hospital Pharmacy Service Faith Hospital; Alejandro Toledo, president of the
Kidney Foundation MOOSE Spain and former president of the General Alliance of Patients, and Luis Lizán,
director of Outcomes'10. All of them health professionals from the Valencian Community
with great notoriety at the national level.
Its balance and conclusions
This group of experts has made an assessment of what the last ten
years in the healthcare field and have proposed measures to address the difficulties that
the coming years will bring.
Juan Vicente Sánchez has made an assessment of the work that was presented. «The book is a
"Timely and accurate diagnosis of the multifaceted reality that is health systems."
Also, it has addressed system changes at an educational level, and has also emphasized
in the necessary relationship between biomedical research and health outcomes, so

During his presentation he expressed his concern about the overcrowding in consultations,
aggravated by the growing demand for healthcare by the population caused
for chronic diseases. To address these difficulties, it has been proposed to carry out

Jose Luis Poveda has explained the journey of the hospital pharmacist in this last decade,
and has appreciated the effort that the National system of health has done to provide the
