The Scientific and Technological Park of the Universitat Jaume I (Espaitec) and Diputación de Castellón The seventh edition of Castellón Global Program, a reference training and mentoring program in the province of Castellón for promote business growth through innovation and strategic reflection of their companies.

After receiving around twenty applications, nine companies have been selected to transform and accelerate their company. They will do so, from today until next November, through training and mentoring sessions where they will reinforce and update knowledge in all areas of their business: finance, communication, internationalization, human resources, innovation or marketing.

The nine selected companies operate in eight different sectors of activity and are located in 6 municipalities of Castellón:

  2. Cloudappi, information technology and telecommunications sector. Castello.
  3. Cye Energy, renewable energy sector. Castello.
  4. Fustecma, furniture sector. The Vilavella.

  6. Micrea Film Projects, audiovisual sector. Castello.
  7. Prades Earthworks, construction sector. Castello.
  8. Sagafluid, engineering sector. Vila-real.

New teachers, top-level conferences with speakers such as Silvia Leal and training actions to energize the Business Club, among other new features

Notably The seventh edition arrives full of new features, such as a renewed body of teachers and mentors made up of professionals with extensive experience at a national and international level. Also, the commitment to offer new training blocks focused on the generation of innovation with Design Thinking methodologies or internationalization.

The Castellón Global Program Business Club formed by the 59 companies that have participated in the six previous editions of the program, also becomes a protagonist with dynamization actions to promote networking and continuous innovation. In the month of June the digital marketing workshop “How to position my company on the internet to get new customers and reach new markets”, an exclusive training for the club's companies given by Alex Rubio, director of digital strategies for brands such as Lacasitos, Ajuntament de Castelló, Tosfrit, Instituto Cervantes or EMT.

On September 26, a conference with Silvia Loyal, international expert in leadership, culture and digital transformation. Silvia will give a talk on digital transformation open to the entire business community of Castellón in the Social Council building of the Universitat Jaume I. Finally, in the month of October the workshop “The vectors of the new management in the face of the great challenges of organizations” imparted by Xavier Marcet, a consultant in strategy, innovation and corporate entrepreneurship with postgraduate training in the business schools of UC Berkeley, IESE and ESADE, will be an exclusive workshop for the club's companies.

Today, from the end of August to the month of November, through training and mentoring sessions they will reinforce and update knowledge in all areas of their business: finances, communication, internationalization, human resources, innovation or marketing.

The Castellón Global Program Companies (CSGP) Club, formed by the 59 companies that have participated in the six previous CSGP editions, also plays a leading role with actions to revitalize and promote networking and constant innovation. In June the digital marketing workshop "“How to position my company on the Internet to draw new customers and reach new markets”, will be held as exclusive training for the club's companies. It will be given by Alex Rubio, the director of digital strategies for brands like Lacasitos, the Castellón City Council, Tosfrit, Instituto Cervantes or EMT.

On 26 September, a conference with be held with Silvia Loyal, an international expert in leadership, culture and digital transformation, who will talk about digital transformation to the whole Castellón business fabric in the Social Board's building of the Universitat Jaume I. In October the workshop "“New management vectors to face organizations' large challenges” will be given by Xavier Marcet, a consultant in strategy, innovation and corporate entrepreneurship, and a post-graduate at the IESE and ESADE Business Schools of UC Berkeley.
