The rector of the Universitat Jaume I, Eva Alcon, accompanied by the deputy vice-rector for Transfer, Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the UJI, david cabedo, and the director of Espaitec, Juan A. Bertolin, visited the companies Loopers y Agricultural Ecosystem Management (GEA) located in the Scientific and Technological Park of the university. First, they visited the offices of the emotional engineering company Loopers, being received by its co-founders, the CTO, Javier Portoles, and the CEO, Vicente Beltran, who shared the initiatives they are developing in the field of experiential marketing as well as the project The Linker, a digital human communication environment where technology opens a new dimension in connectivity between people.

Next, the project coordinator, Yolanda Bautista, and the shareholder, Aurelio Marco, from the technology-based company Agricultural Ecosystem Management (GEA), accompanied by researchers from the Chemical Engineering department, Carolina Clausell, and from the Department of Agrarian Science and Natural Environment, Aurelio Gomez, from the UJI presented in their workshop-laboratory the different ecological products and services they offer to the agricultural sector.

The rector of the UJI highlighted the potential of an environment like podcast all with «favor the technological development and innovative solutions to respond to the demands of the social and business fabric, in the case of the companies Loopers and GEA that we visited today in areas such as emotional engineering and cutting-edge technology for the agricultural sector». In this sense, Alcon He stressed that each company installed in Espaitec "adds added value to this reference technological and innovation hub in the area of ​​influence of the UJI, which turns 15 next year".
