This circumstance is motivated by the change in management, with the retirement of the first manager José Francisco Vicente Queralt, who takes over from Juan Antonio Bertolín at the head of the General Foundation who, until that moment, directed the Scientific, Technological and Business Park of the Universitat Jaume I, Espaitec, and whose management was assumed by the General Foundation in January 2017 when it ceased to be a limited company. This decision will result in the use of resources in accordance with the Foundation's new action plan for 2019 and in comprehensive team management.

Furthermore, the General Foundation manages the Summer School of Xiquets and Xiquetes of the Universitat Jaume I, the corporate scholarship project, support for the management and promotion of undergraduate and postgraduate studies, communication actions for the promotion and dissemination of university activity, support for the evaluation of teaching, support for the evaluation of I services +D+I that the UJI provides to entities and companies, and collaboration in the management and development of communication and dissemination actions of the Diversity Attention Program and the Campus Visits Program.

Registrations for the Escola d'Estiu and applications for the calls for the Facsa and Fobesa scholarships can be delivered to the first floor of the Espaitec 1 building from February 19, 2019.
