Recicla't Espaitec organized on Thursday, April 22 at 16.30:XNUMX p.m., the online session «Taxation for Startups and Entrepreneurs in project financing» with signature Bové Montero. The training session was aimed at people with entrepreneurial projects who want to have more resources to define their tax strategy and at companies that are part of the innovative and technological ecosystem of the Universitat Jaume I and the business fabric of the province of Castellón.
The webinar was given by Andreu Bové, tax lawyer, and Beltran Sanchez, director of the Transfer Pricing Area, Bové Montero, partner company of Barcelona Tech City and has a multidisciplinary team of more than 90 professionals, highly trained and with a clear international projection, being one of the first national companies in the field of auditing, tax advice, accounting and labor. During the first part of the training session, the following aspects were highlighted:
- Financing: debt, equity, hybrids, Y+D+y deductions, AIEs
- Entry of new investors
- Business growth and internationalization
- Segregation of risks and business assets
The session participants were able to have a global vision of the most relevant tax issues in the growth of a business project, analyzing and evaluating the different financing alternatives, the advantages and disadvantages of each one, the entry of new investors, the international expansion and growth of the project, the segregation of functions and risks in various jurisdictions.
The cycle Recicla't Espaitec is a series of training initiatives that has the support of the Department of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society of the Generalitat Valenciana, which aims to improve the business skills of companies linked to Espaitec, research groups from the Universitat Jaume I interested in generating future spin-offs and the business fabric of the province of Castellón.
