The promoters of the Easy Go Band bracelet developed by PayNoPain will travel to San Francisco for two weeks with the Spain Tech Center to visit technology companies and contact investors.
A unique opportunity to see in situ how the most cutting-edge technology companies on the planet work, establish contacts with a view to new business opportunities and even persuade potential investments. That is the goal of PayNoPain as a member of the Immersion Program of the Spain Tech Center (STC), which has selected its Easy Go Band product along with 12 other Spanish projects to travel to Silicon Valley from 25 from April to 6 from May.
Easy Go Band is a innovative bracelet to make it easier, safer and more efficient access control, the instant payment without cash (cashless) in large events and the identification y traceability of the user, including interaction with social networks. A powerful tool that is already used successfully in large events and venues such as the European Ecommerce Conference, the ElectroSplash festival or those organized by the Pompeu Fabra and Jaume I universities, and which is in negotiations to extend to sectors such as theme parks, trade fairs or resorts.
The STC Immersion Program is a ICEX initiative together with Red.es and Banco Santander, for the fourth consecutive year to promote Spanish technology-based companies. For this edition the program has received the record number of 130 candidate projects from all over the country, among which only 12 have been selected by a jury made up of experts to travel to San Francisco.
The Spain Tech Center Immersion Program includes a coaching training in Madrid, public speaking and productivity in meetings, and the aforementioned trip to San Francisco. In Silicon Valley they will visit technology companies, venture capital, investors and, in addition, will participate in a “Pitch Night” in which they will present their business to various managers and personalities. Of the 30 companies that have participated in the Immersion Program in previous editions, they are already 10 that have done business in California,
Soaking up the philosophy of Silicon Valley is the objective:
The Castellón company, installed in the Scientific, Technological and Business Park of the Universitat Jaume I (espaitec) has as its main objective "to contact companies that are interested in Easy Go Band, to explore the possibilities of having a partner in whom to trust the commercialization of the product in the USA.", as he explains Jordi Nebot, COO and co-founder of PayNoPain, who along with Christian Bongardt, responsible for the Easy Go Band project, will travel to California.
