La Universitat Jaume I and the Vinaròs Town Hall they organize a Transfer Day the next December 12at 9 hours long., in the Vinalab from the capital of Baix Maestrat. This event's main objective is to business professionals located in the north of the province of Castellón y research groups from the Universitat Jaume I get to know each other and explore possibilities for joint collaboration.
The Conference takes place within the framework of the Knowledge Transfer Antennas project, carried out by the General Foundation of the Jaume I University and financed by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE).

The Conference will be inaugurated by the mayor of Vinaròs, Guillem Alsina, as well as the vice chancellor of Research and Transfer of the Universitat Jaume I, Jesus Lancis. Together with them, the director of the Office of Cooperation in Research and Technological Development of the Universitat Jaume I, Ismael Rodrigo, will explain the methodology of the Conference and offer information of interest related to calls for public aid for the R&D&I and completion of doctorates in companies. This is a formula that has been proven effective in contributing to the competitiveness and internationalization of the industrial fabric, retaining talent and placing doctoral students in a position to develop business-level R&D&I projects. Doctorate programs in business encourage the development of strategic research projects within the business field.
It should be noted that companies in the north of the province, such as Gil Comes Group, Lamidecor, FKR Chemistry, Rimobel, Alfe Vinaros, Benihort, Ineos Composites Hispania o Hermo SL will hold 30-minute meetings with research groups from the Universitat Jaume I from various areas, such as Manufacturing Engineering, Big Data, New Image Technologies, Waters, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Coating Materials, Polymers, Environmental Inorganic Chemistry, Agricultural Pests or Process Reengineering.
