Artificial intelligence with purpose: inclusive chatbots and glasses that read texts – La Razón – 05/06/2020
SayOBO is the first solution based on inclusive artificial intelligence for people with vision problems. It is a chatbot that connects blind users with the world. Companies can integrate it into any website or app in order to facilitate access to their information or resolve different procedures. “It allows vulnerable groups (including the elderly) to use this adapted digital navigation software, both on computers and mobile phones, and thus interact with the chatbot,” explains Hugo Ferrer, CEO of sayOBO, a spin-off of the Universitat Jaume I de Castellón, developed by the company SemanticBots.
