SayOBO is the first inclusive AI-based solution for people with vision problems, it is a chatbot that connects blind users with the world. Companies can integrate it into any website or app with the aim of facilitating access to their information or resolving different procedures. “It allows vulnerable groups (including the elderly) to use this adapted digital navigation software, both on computers and mobile phones, and thus interact with the chatbot,” explains Hugo Ferrer, CEO of sayOBO, a spin off of the University.
