ComeOn builds different forms of volunteering, promoting citizen action through collaboration between young people and seniors. Social innovation projects will be carried out in hybrid work groups, working both in virtual environments through remote online platforms and in physical environments, generating meeting points between both generations.
The working groups will focus on social innovation. That is, they will identify problems of the society with which they live, without considering demographic variables, to together seek solutions from different but complementary perspectives: the innovative and daring vision of adolescents, with the experience and maturity of seniors.
In later phases of the project, young entrepreneurs who can provide solutions to the problems encountered will be identified. Thus, ComeOn also has the objective of promoting entrepreneurial initiative from an early age.
