Espaitec has hosted the fourth networking day for Innotransfer managers, with the participation of the executive vice president of the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI), Andrés García Reche
This morning the «IV Innotransfer Managers Meeting» with the assistance of more than 30 managers Innotransfer with the aim of carrying out a networking day to promote business innovation at the autonomous level. The vice-rector for Research and Transfer of the University participated in the inauguration. Once the day was inaugurated, the Innotransfer managers visited the Espaitec company, Loopers, an emotional marketing engineering firm, together with the Ebrickhouse, the solar and sustainable house of the Universitat Jaume I; and the FabLab de UJI.>LAB, the prototyping laboratory of the public university of Castelló. After these visits, he has begun the face-to-face work day with the purpose of coordinating future R&D&I actions aimed at stimulating the different Valencian business sectors.
Networking Managers Innotransfer Session
In the work session, they presented the results of the 16 events carried out by Innotransfer since April 2021 with more than 800 participants to date. After the presentation of results, the manager of the General Foundation of the Jaume I University and director of podcast, Juan Antonio Bertolin, has exposed a methodology based on Innovation Camps proposals from the European Commission, which entails a co-creative innovation process and led by all interested parties. Everything revolves around dynamic meetings, networked, global and multi-collaborative innovation ecosystems, with field work put into practice, in which the work process is created from a graphic roadmap: know the specific needs; explore possible opportunities; generate and combine hypothetical ideas; create initial prototypes for testing; and think long term (Explore – Experiment – Prototype – Discover – Learn – Analyze).
Innotransfer
Innotransfer is a multi-sector open innovation and collective management initiative which aims to promote the transfer of knowledge and technology, developed by the scientific and technological parks of the Valencian Community, to the business ecosystem of our territory in key economic sectors such as Sustainable Habitat; Agri-food; Sustainable Mobility and Automotive; Enabling Technologies; Health; Infrastructure, and Smart Tourism.
The main business associations, Valencian public universities and network of REDIT Technological Institutes participate in the Innotransfer forum, which is funded by the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI). This initiative aims to promote dialogue between researchers and companies in the Valencian Community through the catalytic action of the intermediate structures of the public-private research ecosystem and the Valencian business ecosystem.
