The challenge of assembling a robot will test the concepts of robotics, electronics, computing and logic of the equipment.

Engion i HackCS, an association linked to Espaitec with the six facilities in Espaitec 1. They are two UJI student associations dedicated to developing technological projects, they have organized on September 20 and 21, 2019 at Espaitec, the Science Park , Technological and Business of the UJI, the Grand Prix Robot 24!, with the support of the Vice-Rectorate of Students and Social Commitment.

GP Robot 24h is an event that poses a challenge in which a team demonstrates its abilities to assemble a robot that complies with a series of difficult objects in the shortest possible time. Now you have 24 hours in a row, during which time you can test the prototype on both practice laps while it is developed for the final test.

The robots are based on Arduino, a simple electronic platform that allows them to interact with the physical world in a simple way. To participate, advanced programming knowledge is not required, and the desire to learn and motivation is more than sufficient. At the end of the competition, each team is left with its robot, which could be programmed from scratch to perform all kinds of applications.

Registration costs €50 per team (places limited to 15 teams per registration order). Qualsevol doubts can be resolved by contacting both gprobot@uji.es.
