Espaitec has organized a day, in its cycle Recycle't, taught by the expert in leadership and culture of transformation and innovation Fran chuan, where the concept of culture of innovation and how to integrate it into an organization to improve your business competitiveness.

During the session, the speaker faced two concepts linked to the generation of innovation: on the one hand, the predictive logic, which is based on previously analyzing the data to later define the action and, on the other hand, the interactive logic, a more creative process in which actions are defined and executed, then the results are collected and analyzed and, finally, new actions are carried out. In this sense, Chuan has stated that "companies do not have to learn to innovate, but rather they must apply interactive logic more in their business strategy."

On the other hand, the expert has defined the Four steps to promote a culture of innovation in the company: demystify innovation to bring it closer to our environment and see its particular applications; to line up what it is and what it represents for each of us as individuals and as a collective; specify what steps to take to achieve changes that generate new results, and systematize, that is, putting everything listed above in order so that it is sustainable over time.
