The European project Mentech With the aim of creating a validated methodology that reflects a training process for mentoring between the various participating countries, there will be a work meeting last week in Brussels.

In this project, in which more thanpodcast participate Mersin Technology Development Zone (Technoscope); l'Escola Superior de Commerce i Màrqueting de Paris (ISTEC); The Science & Technology Park of Crete (STEP-C); He Madan park in Portugal, and also the Tartu Teaduspark In Estonia, some national workshops have been held for each of the participating entities to see and evaluate the mentoring system that is in place in each institution in order to be able to debate and unify concepts throughout the project. The conclusions of these workshops were presented during the project meeting with the goal of progressing all in a single path that remains valid and studied for the achievement of the objectives.

Castelló will attend the next Mentech meeting

During the next Mentech project staff meeting, which will take place at the end of March in Castelló at the Espaitec facilities, various mentoring processes will be carried out in order to know the effectiveness of the staff model and the development of the mentoring program “One on One Mentoring model and development of training program.”
