Espaitec has donated to conéixer to The new companies selected to be part of the first edition of Castelló Global Program. This program, organized by the Parc in collaboration with the Castelló Provincial Council, tea with an object boost business competitiveness to the province through innovation. During the presentation event, the diagnostic team, training and mentoring, composed of 11 professionals who supply all areas related to the business value chain, also participated.
During the session, the head of the Economic Promotion and International Relations Service of the Castelló Provincial Council, Ana Belén Arzo, has stressed the importance of continuing to promote the Castelló Global Program acceleration program in its 11th edition, which contributes to strengthen the business teixit of the province Build solid business models through the application of sustainability and digital criteria.
Furthermore, the vice-rector of Innovation, Transfer and Scientific Dissemination of the UJI, david cabedo, has highlighted that the Castelló Global Program is ja referent for those companies in the province that seek to shift their focus to innovation. The program also constitutes an opportunity for participating companies to contact, through the park, the research groups of the University, both of which can share with partners for the development of technological and process innovations.
Per part seua, the director of Espaitec and manager of the General Foundation of the UJI, Juan Antonio Bertolin, it has been highlighted that in this edition they have incorporated novelties with the objective of Personalize the program as much as possible according to the needs of each company. The initiative is divided into three phases: diagnostic, to detect which areas each company needs to improve; training and expert tutoring, to deepen the knowledge of the different elements of the business value chain according to the needs of the firms, and mentoring, to develop your Economic Growth Plan for the next three years that will allow you to consolidate the strategy position in the market.

Castelló Global Program
Castelló Global Program is an initiative designed by Castelló companies with the objective of strengthening their growth capacity and enhancing their competitiveness. The focus is on introducing the culture of innovation into the strategies, tactics and operations of the participating companies.
