Espaitec has made known to the nine companies selected to be part of the eleventh edition of Castellón Global Program. This program, organized by the Park in collaboration with the Castelló Provincial Council, has as objective to boost business competitiveness in the province through innovation. During the presentation event, the diagnostic, training and mentoring team also participated, made up of 11 professionals who cover all areas related to the business value chain.

During the session, the head of the Economic Promotion and International Relations Service of the Castellón Provincial Council, Ana Belén Arzo, has pointed out the importance of continuing to promote the Castellón Global Program acceleration program in its 11th edition since it contributes to strengthen the business fabric of the province building solid business models through the application of sustainability and digitalization criteria.

In addition, the vice-rector for Innovation, Transfer and Scientific Dissemination of the UJI, david cabedo, highlighted that the Castellón Global Program is already a reference for those companies in the province that seek to pivot towards innovation. The program is also an opportunity for participating companies to contact, through the park, the University's research groups, which they can count on as partners for the development of both technological and process innovations.

For his part, the director of Espaitec and manager of the General Foundation of the UJI, Juan Antonio Bertolin, highlighted that in this edition new features have been incorporated with the aim of customize the program as much as possible according to the needs of each company. The initiative will be divided into three phases: diagnosis, to detect which areas each company needs to improve; expert training and mentoring, to deepen the knowledge of the different elements of the business value chain according to the needs of the firms, and mentoring, to prepare their Economic Growth Plan for the next three years that allows them to consolidate their position in the market.

Castellón Global Program

Castellón Global Program is an initiative designed for companies in Castellón with the objective of strengthening their growth capacity and improving their competitiveness. Its focus lies on introducing the culture of innovation into the strategies, tactics and operations of the participating companies.
