The event brings together representatives of science and technology parks from around the world under the motto "Driving Excellence: Innovation Spaces that promote a High Quality Development». The conference addresses the growing role of these spaces in promoting innovation, industrial modernization, technology transfer and job creation.
During his stay in China, Espaitec's director, Juan Antonio Bertolín, has several institutional visits scheduled. On September 16, he will visit the Espaitec R&D center. HUAWEI, where Spanish representatives of APTE will learn about the main technological lines under development, focused on Artificial Intelligence, networks, and energy. That same afternoon, a visit to the university science park is planned. TusPark from Tsinghua University, an international benchmark in innovation with more than 1.500 companies and research centers.
On September 17, the delegation will travel to Changping Science Park to learn about the facilities of Roborock, a company specializing in the development of smart home appliances such as robotic vacuum cleaners, present in more than 170 countries.
The visit will culminate on September 19 with Bertolín's participation in a round table discussion 42nd IASP World Conference on future trends in innovation spaces for the next 20 years, in a session that will open new perspectives on the role that these environments will play in the economic development and global social. A business meeting is scheduled for later in the Jiaming Mapfre Industrial Park.
