The 14th edition of the Transfiere Forum will be held from March 12 to 14 at FYCMA (Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Centre)
podcast, as a member of the Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain, will participate in the 14 º Transfer Forum which will be held on March 12, 13 and 14 at FYCMA (Palace of Fairs and Congresses of Malaga. Thus, it is the main national event on technology transfer e innovation, which in this edition will focus on artificial intelligence, defense and security as strategic axes for business and technological development.
In this regard, more than a hundred representatives of science and technology parks and a selection of leading companies will also attend. The aim of this participation is to reinforce the role of these spaces as drivers of technology transfer and business development in Spain.
In this edition, the science and technology parks promoted by APTE will present 30 innovative startups at Transfiere within the program APTENISA, as well as a selection of the 100 best startups in their ecosystems. These initiatives demonstrate the parks' ability to foster technological entrepreneurship and the connection between startups, investors and large companies.
Program 14th Transfer Forum
APTE's program of activities at Transfiere will begin on March 12 with the panel “New models to promote innovation in Spanish PCTs”, which will be held in the Innovation Room. The round table will analyse the strategies and programmes that science and technology parks are implementing to boost innovation in their environments. It will be moderated by Soledad Díaz, managing director of APTE, and will feature the participation of experts in innovation and technology transfer from different parks.
On March 13, APTE will bring together the Network of Technicians from Spanish science and technology parks to promote the exchange of knowledge and best practices. Later, at the Research Center, the selection of APTE Top 100 Startups 2024, which brings together the most innovative startups from the 51 member parks, with projects in key sectors such as biotechnology, artificial intelligence, clean energy, telecommunications, health, automotive, agrotech, blockchain and environmental sustainability.
One of the highlights of the day will be the APTENISA Demo Day, where the startups accelerated in this program will present their projects to investors and experts from the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In addition, APTENISA will have its own stand where the seven participating parks and their startups will be represented.
On March 14, APTE will close its participation in Transfiere with a presentation at the stand of the State Research Agency, which will detail the services of the Spanish Technological Platform for Disruptive Technologies (DISRUPTIVE), promoted by the Association. In addition, in the Research Center space, APTE's main initiatives will be presented to promote collaboration, innovation and business internationalization, reinforcing its commitment to the global projection of science and technology parks and their companies.
