The objective of the session was to foster the entrepreneurial attitude of students through specialized training and expert support.
Espaitec held this Tuesday the first session of the year of the Entrepreneurship Club of the Universitat Jaume I, an initiative promoted by the Vice-Rectorate for Innovation, Transfer and Scientific Dissemination. The club is aimed at promoting a collaborative work space in which people with entrepreneurial initiatives can form a community and receive ongoing training. In addition, they have advisory customized by Espaitec and mentoring de SECOT (Spanish Seniors for Technical Cooperation).
The session included the workshop «Train your entrepreneurial attitude»Directed by Noelia Canovas, a former student at UJI and current CEO and co-founder of Es tu acto. During this meeting, attendees explored the fundamental pillars of entrepreneurship: resilience management, creativity and innovation, effective communication and practical planning.
The central objective of the workshop has been to inspire the students to transform your ideas into concrete actionsThey have also learned to identify personal strengths and apply creative strategies to stand out in a competitive market.
UJI Entrepreneurship Club
This club is aimed at people of the university community and with a entrepreneurial idea or who have participated in programs such as UJIStartup, Santander X Explorer o 5UCV Entrepreneurship Classroom, and who have not yet materialized their projects or have recently created companies that require additional support. To this end, Espaitec has enabled a coworking space in its facilities, which members may use upon request, following established rules.
During 2025, UJI Entrepreneurship Club will offer workshops and training, with the collaboration of the Ministry of Education, Universities, Culture and Employment. In this way, the UJI reinforces its commitment to promoting entrepreneurship and innovation as key drivers of economic and social development.
