The objective of the workshop, exclusively for Espaitec companies, was to improve their ability to communicate without words.
Espaitec held a non-verbal communication workshop this Thursday as part of the program Recicla't Espaitec. Jordi Reche, a specialist in body language with a distinguished career as a trainer, author, and speaker, was responsible for teaching the session exclusively for companies connected to the Park.
With more than 2 million followers on social media and author of the book Convince without opening your mouthReche explained the fundamentals of nonverbal communication. Topics covered included the importance of first impressions, body language, detecting unconscious signals, and the role of mirror neurons in empathy. Practical tools were also offered to improve personal and professional impact in everyday interactions.
The workshop is part of the Recicla't Espaitec training program, which aims to promote continuous improvement of the park's business ecosystem through activities tailored to the needs of the associated companies. This activity is supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment.
