The forum, held this Thursday, brought together a selection of more than 40 business leaders at the UJI to address business challenges from a collaborative approach.

Espaitec held this Thursday the sixth edition of InnovatossalsThe event brought together around forty CEOs and innovation managers from companies in the region to learn about real experiences of innovation and extract lessons applicable to their own projects and strategies.

The day has been inaugurated by Vicente Pallarés, provincial deputy for Economic Promotion, and david cabedo, vice-rector of Innovation, Transfer and Scientific Dissemination of the Universitat Jaume IBoth highlighted the collaboration between the two institutions and companies as a driving force for the province's economic and innovative development. 

The provincial deputy, Vicente Pallarés, has valued Innovatossals as "a forum that has become an essential event for those who understand that innovation is not an option, but rather an attitude of the present and a commitment to the future."»Pallarés demonstrated the Provincial Government's commitment to the business sector and extended a hand to all the companies participating in this event to "move decisively toward an economy based on knowledge, talent, and transformation. Because when the province moves forward together, there are no limits or borders."»

For his part, Vice-Chancellor David Cabedo has highlighted the role of the Science and Technology Park of the Universitat Jaume I as hub of innovation. In this role, he noted, "events like today's, where leaders of leading companies share their experiences, contribute to highlighting the value that innovation brings to organizations."

Call for papers

The editor-in-chief of Entrepreneurs Magazine, Javier Escudero, was in charge of moderating the session, which combined presentations with spaces for reflection and dialogue. Alfredo CebriánCEO Four eighty, opened the session with a presentation on the importance of identifying what truly adds value to projects and business management. He also emphasized that clarity in this area is one of the greatest challenges organizations face, as it involves making difficult decisions and prioritizing wisely. 

Lastly, Iban Borràs, CPO of Sales Layer, has addressed innovation in digital product management. To do so, they developed a key tool in their customers' value chain, focused on trust and adaptability. 

The closing was carried out by Juan Antonio Bertolin, director of Espaitec, who highlighted that "Innovatossals is not just an event, but a demonstration of the value of activating collective intelligence in the territory»He also emphasized that this edition was conceived as a space where each participant could extract not only inspiration but also practical tools applicable to their business reality.

Finally, Bertolín pointed out that the experiences shared during the day confirm that it is possible to generate value through authenticity, connect with new markets without becoming disconnected from the territory and thus strengthen a more human and rooted economy..
