Espaitec llança l'UJI.>LAB UX Challenge, an activity that lasts three intensive days on October 21, 28 and 29 and is included in the activities programUJI.>LAB, el living lab d'Espaitec finançat per l'Valencian Agency for Innovation (AVI), the objective of which is to improve the usability of digital products from various companies in the province of Castelló through the user experience. On the one hand, the initiative will make it easier for companies to become aware of the benefits of using methodologies and techniques to improve the user experience in the design of products and services of high technology and, on the other hand, It represents an opportunity for professional growth for students and young researchers.
The UJI.>LAB UX Challenge It is directed to undergraduate students in Engineering, Industrial Design and Product Development; Computer Engineering; Design and Development of Videojocs; Business Administration; Advertising and Public Relations; Engineering in Industrial Technologies; Robotic Intelligence; Mechanical Engineering; Audiovisual Communication; double degree in AE-Dret de l'UJI and Alumni SAUJI of these qualifications that have completed their studies in the last five years.
In this sense, the participants (solvers or solvers) will work in multidisciplinary groups to develop millora proposals through proofs of concepts or prototypes, secondary in different eines of collaborative work, in other words that is, processos cocreatius. Additionally solvers It is possible to incorporate students from formatius cycles so that they can have real experience in the analysis of digital applications and products. Each group will be accompanied by a mentor from the Spanish Seniors Association for Technical Cooperation (SECOT Castelló), who will guide the teams in the creative processes and in the collaborative approaches to provide realistic and valuable proposals to the companies.
The project is long-term in collaboration with a maximum of huit organizations, of which they have confirmed attendance Eventscase, Orbel Grup, AD&D 4D, NRS GROUP i the project coming from the UJI Emprèn OnSocial program SEMANTICS AI, so that there are three places available for interested companies that will be assigned per rigorós order of registration.

UJI.>LAB Program
UJI.>LAB is the Living lab d'Espaitec - member of the European Network of LivingLabs (ENOLL) since 2011-, a dynamic and co-creative environment user-driven (directed by the user himself) to identify challenges of entities, institutions and companies and to the university community provide solutions using collaboratives and acquire knowledge of denominations soft-skills: leadership, team management and conflict management, among others.
